Wrong fees being charged

Our rate apparently on the fees page is set to 1.9%

How come then there are multiple transactions where the amount charged is $79 but $2.99 is deducted in fees?  That's nearer 4%.

Hi ScirraTom,

If you are on set of 1.9% that would mean that you are on merchat rates.

Once you receive the Merchant Rate:

• · Your receiving fee will automatically be adjusted at the beginning of each month to reflect the previous month's payment volume
• · If you fall below the Merchant Rate threshold in any given month, you don't need to re-apply
• · The rate you receive will be automatically assigned based on the previous month's payment volume
