What are the costs associated with cancelling an unpaid invoice?

I am new to PayPal and booking.com. 

Guests like to make a reservation and I ask payment in full with a PayPal invoice. 

Now trouble is that some people "give up" their booking when they get the invoice thinking they could pay

on arrival at the hotel or something. 

So I find myself with invoiced that I get no answer to, and remain unpaid. I then cancel the booking and the invoice on PayPal...

I did need to know though if cancelling an unpaid invoice already sent will have any cost to me. This is something important for me to know.

There is no fee if you cancel an unpaid invoice. For further details, visit our Fees page. Go to www.paypal.co.uk while logged out of your PayPal account, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Fees.
