Website Payments Standard - Mobile Issue

I'm experiencing a curious issue on one of the websites I run where they have a standard checkout which then passes the information into PayPal. This works great on a PC / Mac, but not on mobile where it seems to be redirected to a different PayPal page. The only exception is when 3rd party cookies are enabled. So my question is whether there is something causing the issue in my code, or whether its simply that 3rd party cookies will need to be enabled on the device if they want to make a payment?

Suggest contacting Tech Support with your concerns. I'm thinking it's the cookies but, maybe they have some additional thoughts.
