This is not really asking for help, as money are not an issue in this case, but I will never ever open business basing on PayPal. This is second time, that I got scammed of my money, when user just claimed an unauthorised payment. This has 100% chance to go through... You can give all details, sellers info, chart ID, whatever else, they don't care. They also don't care that when I send digital goods I cannot get them back, so buyer gets money and software.
'Just remember guys, whenever you buy digital goods and pay through paypal you can just claim your payment as unauthorised payment and you will get money and the software/code you bought. No problem.'
Thank you very much for service PayPal. I will never use it as payment option on my online shop anymore.
