Switching from Sandbox to Live

Hello,

so we have a business verified account with PayPal. We have a custom developed cart which is integrated with PayPal via this Ruby gem https://github.com/nov/paypal-express

Our problem is that the Sandbox enviroment works perfectly. Now we want to move Live to process real payments.

We have submitted our app to the Developer Network and it has been approved. Finally we have generated keys for the API Access (in Profile->Selling Tools).

Now we are using the new keys, and when a client buys it seems like everything is working great (redirect to paypal.com gateway and returns to our website after successfull payment). A token ID for the transaction its returned.

Now when we go in our merchant account and search for the transaction, no activity results. We have also checked buyer's account and the transaction won't appear there too.

What's going on there? Are we missing something to go live? Really many thanks in advance for the help. We're frustated because we have to urgently go live.
