Software to manage eBay, PayPal, Amazon, Google Checkout etc. sales

I sell on eBay, via my various sites using PayPal and Google Checkout, Amazon, Barnes & Noble (next to nothing) and need software to consolidate everything in one place.

The products are mainly individual ietms and rope sold in fixed lengths or by the metre. Fixed lengths can have different finishing options, e.g. colour or finish and are sold individually or in 2,4, 6, 8 sets. At present, I don't think I can use the variations option in eBay listings in all the categories I use so most are individual listings. As this might become available, I guess the ability to have listings with options would be useful but I do not require 'parts explosion'.

You can see my eBay shop here: http://stores.ebay.co.uk/ESINEM-Rope and my Amazon one here:http://www.amazon.com/gp/searc…..1356876292

Even this small volume is taking a lot of time so I'm looking for an economical solution to reduce work:

Minimum requirements

1) Print a single picking list
2) Print address labels
3) Provide a means of creating pre-paid post and allow courier shipping (via Interparcel, if poss, as they allow me to choose the best option from FedEx, UPS etc.)
4) Update status on eBay, Amazon, Google & PayPal
5) Consolidated reports
6) Ability to link to easy to use accounting software. Suggestions?

Nice to have:

1) One point for inventory upload/listing editing
2) Email address export
3) Ability to add additional eCommerce sites and integrate with my planned eCommerce added to my site (I'm open to suggestions for a WordPress plugin for this)

4) Links to other selling sites. Play.com etc.?
5) Any suggestions?

I'd welcome suggestions re software and what else I should be looking for as I'm new to all this. For example, ido I need a shopping cart to integrate with PayPal for non-eBay sales and Google checkoout. Thanks.

Per your post, you're in need of quite a bit of custom programming.  You may want to consult with a developer.

Thanks but this looks to be the way forward: Linnworks It might not do it all but, for me, even the free version is a quantum leap forward. They seem very well established and it's probably better to look at changing my way of doing things at my relatively embryonic stage than get into bespoke s/w.

I spent years in IT and know that a) Bespoke can be pricey with no guarantee it will ever work b) Better is the enemy of 'good enough' c) Find the best way to achieve your objective or you risk just being inefficient faster
