I am trying to sell a piece of clothing for a large sum of money. The buyer is supposedly from a country closeby. I read in the terms of seller protection that to be eligible for protection you must have a American confirmed address and I am from Europe. I am wondering if there is any way to make sure the payment cannot later be refunded or called back for any reason. The buyer want's to pay by invoice. Is it 100% safe for me?
