Adaptive Payment. We are a startup that after considerable research decided to use Adaptive Payment system. After trials with Sandbox we shifted to live version, without any commercial customers. Recently we noticed Adaptive Pay was no longer available. It is now only available to selected customers and require special approval by PayPal. I have been now told by some that one of the criteria to be approved is minimum business transactions, which many startups do not have. The product application was developed with Adaptive Payment feature in mind and now its not available (at least not to everyone). What does PayPal say to companies who have worked for 2-3 years developing a product based on Adaptive Pay and spent considerable amounts of time and money. Does anyone know what are the few critical requirements to have for PayPal to approve Adaptive Payment for a customer. Unfortunately the Sandbox version also has some issues now for those who are no longer on the approved list. Looking forward hearig from PayPal and others
