I wonder if anyone can help. I have set up a pay now button on our website for £10 and £2.99 is gettign added as a postage charge somewhere. Does anyone know where I can change it? I want to make it zero.
Thanks for posting in the forum and apologies for the delay. It is possible that you need to edit the button. You can follow the below steps for this:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Under 'My Selling Tools', click Seller Preferences.
Under 'Selling online', beside 'PayPal buttons', click Update.
Next to the button in question, click Action and select 'Edit' button.
Make your changes then click Save Changes.
If it does not appear in 'My saved buttons', you can also modify the button by editing the HTML code. Small modifications in the HTML code are sufficient for changing information such as: the object name, price, object number, URL banner, URL linked to the button. Keep in mind that you will need to be comfortable editing HTML code to perform some of the tasks outlined. To edit one of these pieces of information, you must first retrieve the HTML you cut and pasted onto your website. Then find the variable you wish to edit.
