Buyer wanted a refund as apparently item wasn't working . I refunded . But haven't received item .What do I do .she's saying she's sent it bit it's been a month . She only lives 100 miles away .

You should never refund until you have received the item back again.

 

Even if she won a dispute paypal would tell her to return the item back to you first before you have to refund.
