Paypal not working to receive payments on DePop

A buyer has just tried to click the 'buy' button on one of my products on DePop, but it will not let her. It says that I'm not set up with paypal to her something like that yet my DePop account says I am fully set up? Help me!! I'm losing customers

I'm also having this problem! Got the same PayPal account working on another depop! Although I do think it's a depop problem and not paypals.
