If someone pays me on eBay for an item, it shows in my PayPal as part of my balance and also in my transactions. But if someone pays me on my website, it just adds to the balance and doesn't show in my transactions. So if I go to Payments Received or 'Customers' to view some details, they don't exist. Why is this? It is making running a business very difficult using PayPal.
Unfortunately as this is a member to member help group - we don't have a clue. No one here can review user account info or setups. Suggest that you follow-up with customer support with your concerns as they can check a few things out for you.
