Payment Issue

Hi there, any advice would be much appreciated.

I have a website selling digital downloads with payments via PayPal.

Generally there is no problems with payments processing however I have had a few customers (3 in the last week) comment that they are receiving the following message when trying to pay via their PayPal account

'this payment cannot be completed, please contact your merchant for more information'

Does anyone know why this message would appear? Is it a problem at their end or mine?

As I said, this has only occurred for a few people but I don’t like losing guaranteed business!

Welcome to the PayPal community forum 

It sounds like there may be an issue with your account in relation to receiving payments. I would recommend that you log on to your PayPal account and if there are any issues you will be notified once you log in.
