Our sites use PayPal Adaptive Payments - Chained Payments. It seems that recently something has changed on PayPal's side because when a buyer checks out, they are taken to paypal.com home page instead of checkout. If the user clicks the browser's back button and then tries to checkout again, it does take them to the checkout screen.
I've read that other sites are having this same problem. I entered a ticket to MTS on 1/12/17 and still have not heard anything from PayPal (5 days later!). This is totally unacceptable as our sales are way down due to this issue. Note that we have not made any code changes at all and this is happening. Anyone have any ideas how we can get PayPal to repond and help us?
