New paypal app? not happy

I basically run my business through paypal and the app is very handy for getting th address of the cusomer.  However the new app is so user unfriendly, it no longer gives out the address of where to send the item and wont let me take screenshots to show paymnts received or refunds processed.

Am i missing something or is this app now been made worse???

We actually heard of a number of similar reports like this from other customers and have reported this to our engineers.

Our technicians are working on a fix and can I ask if anything has changed since you posted your message?
