I regularly receive literaly dozens of feedbacks regarding my my website stating "yourt site is so easy to navigate". It is all my own work and do not design sites it professionaly, so how can a mammoth company like PayPal send me an email saying they have a new "Customise your checkout" facility - Just go to "my selling preferences"?????????? WHERE THE **bleep** IS IT????? I have tried to find it, my wife has tried to find it. My son in law (head of IT in a large insurance firm) has tried to find it!
