Magento - Website Payments Pro Hosted Solution

When a transaction is completed via Website Payments Pro Hosted Solution in one of our Magento stores the order is marked as "Pending Payment" rather than "Processing".

 

Is anyone able to shed any light on this or how we can resolve this issue?

I've Googled around and only been able to find one post where someone said they contacted PayPal and were provided a fix.

 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
