I need a personal and a business(individual) account but I only have one credit card on my name

Hello.

I have a personal account which I use when shopping and it takes the funds from my only credit card.

(in the past I had another account where I also used my wife's card - different name and surname - but had to close it due to a phishing suspicion)


Now I created a business account for my individual business. When trying to add my card to verify, paypal doesn't let me because it is associated with another account - my personal account.
As I don't want to associate my wife's card with my business account I tried to change the card on my personal account to hers but paypal doesn't let me because it has to have my name on it - but in the past it was possible.

so, with only one card I cannot have two different types of accounts!
and I don't want to upgrade my personal account for obvious reasons.

What can I do?

Can you use a debit card instead?

Tried it now but paypal says the bank hasn't approved the transaction

Have you linked the card to paypal or is it not letting you add it and if so contact your bank and ask why.
