How can I get notification when someone buys from me?

at the moment I'm getting nothing and just have to keep checking PayPal for orders. That can't be right can it? The help centre is offline ATM too. Please help - I'm sure it's an easy fix. I just want notification when someone buys from me do I can fulfill their order.

Hi NicciD,

Welcome to the community forum. 

If  you don't already have the option turned on it is easy to set up your account to send those email notifications.

You can choose to receive these emails automatically when:

• You receive money
• Special notifications or surveys are sent to customers
• You receive a Website Payments or Instant Purchase payment

To set your email notification preferences:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com/uk
2. Click 'Profile' near the top of the page.
3. Select ‘My account settings’.
4. In the 'Communication Preferences' section, click ‘Update’.
5. Select your preferences and click ‘Save’.

You can return to 'Communication Preferences' at any time to modify your selections.

If you set it up and you are still not receiving the emails you wish to I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer service team. Just click contact at the bottom of any PayPal page and choose to call or email us.
