Hello. I have just made my first etsy sale and I don't want to keep client waiting. He paid with paypal and an address came up for label-printing. He requested in etsy conversation for me to send it to a different address. I wrote to him and told him he needed to add this new address to his paypal address list, so that I could print a label. He has done this, but I don't know how to access it. First address still appears on label printing instructions on etsy. What can I suggest to the client?
