I am getting a window headed estimate postage on my payments page which seems to be only for people in the US. I saw an earlier explanation of how to clear this by clicking Clear Settings on the Postage Preferences page, but when I do this my postage is re-set to £1. After I do this the window disappears but when I try to set the postage back to 80p it returns. Can anyone help?
Are you using transaction based postage or are you setting your postage in 'postage calculations' in your profile? If you are calculating your postage using your profile then the 'clear settings' fix doesn't work. This issue has been going on for 10 days and still no sign of a fix from Paypal.
