Do paypal charge VAT on Fees, if so how to show on activity export

Hi,

Do Paypal Charge Vat on the fees that I pay them and if they do how do I download an activity report showing the VAT. I need this for my accounts. 

I am selling from my website.

I am new to being VAT registered and just want to get it right.
