Displaying Merchant ID instead of email

Hi,

I've just added paypal to my web site. When going through to the shopping cart I've noticed that my email address is displayed very prominently at the top of the page. I want my merchant ID instead.

I created the button in button factory.

I've looked at the online video which suggests I change part of the button code. Unfortunately, my email address appears nowhere in the button code so I can not replace it with my merchant ID.
