Can I set up a large initial payment followed by a monthly installment plan?

Hi everyone, I've found a couple of threads similar to this but not quite found what I was looking for.

I need to be able to charge someone $750 up front, and then begin recurring monthly payments of $187 on March 1st all in the same transaction with a PayPal button.
