Adding a tracking code to Payment Recieved

I have recieved a payment and he wants me to add a tracking code but i dont know where and i have found a page which tells me how to do it but i dont have the option of Add Tracking Code please help?

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and the option to add a tracking number is on that details page.
