why money still pending?

i start selling items on ebay few weeks ago,my first customer money i recieve few days ago even there is no feedback,but also ive got some feedback from customer but money still pending,yesterday i sold an item again and money go to accoun directly no pending,even i didnt send the item,

so its all about feedback or what?

pls help me thanks
