i got caught by the ebay account defaulting to an email account i hadnt had for 5 years i will admit the email i sent to both paypal and ebay was snotty but then it shouldnt happen really,however the upshot is that paypal rang me very quickly and resolved my issue so although im quick to snap i feel i should also be quick to say well done and thank you
