sold an item on ebay buyer wants item sent to different address

i have sold an item on ebay and the buyer now wants it sent to a different address than what is on his paypal he says he tryed to change it but my listing somehow stopped it is this true or even possible?

You would lose seller protection if you did not send to his paypal registered address at the time that he paid.

Refund his money > tell him to change his addy or add a gift address and re-pay or cancel the transaction.
