sold an item now byer hassling me to cancel

ok i sold an item on ebay. the day after i ecieved an email from buyer sayin he hadnt checked to delivery address before hitting buy button, and added a different address to delivery to.later that day i also recieved and email f from paypal saying that the buyer had opened a dispute s he said his account had been hacked. paypal later contacted me saying the dispute had been looked into and no evidence could be found of the buyers claim and no funds whre recovered from my account.

i now find that the buyer is contacting me a lot asking for me to cancel to sale and issue a refund. he says he been onto ebay and they say they have contacted me which they have not.

i have not shipped the item or issued a refun at this stage as i dont want to be paying any kind of fees?

do i cancel the sale and issue a refund or wait for ebay to contact me??

if anyone can help in this situation id be greatful
