sending a email to customer support

Hi there.

Can anyone please help me.

I'm seriously disabled and find it almost impossible to speak on the phone .

So my only way to communicate is to send emails.

However I have been trying to contact PayPal so I can explain a problem I'm having and I have been having no success .

All that I'm having is phone phone phone .

If anyone can please help me I really would be very grateful .

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
