i sold an expensive item on ebay, but lost or destroyed by post office, buyer request item not receive on paypal website not ebay, i will be happy to refund via paypal to the buyer, i know paypal will credit back on commision fee immediately after refunded to buyer, but i am afraid if ebay credit back 10% final fee to me or not?
Before you refund, ask the buyer to do a mutually agreed end of transaction, explain its just to get your fee back and they won't get a black mark on their record as its mutually agreed............then you should get your FVF back again.
