I sold on ebay phone, sent to the address of the buyer, the buyer this month wrote to me from not receive the item, the buyer changed his address but did not change it on ebay.
Buyer opened the case on paypal, I sent a shipping confirmation to the buyer's PayPal, one week after the buyer got the money back!
what now?- it feels cheated by paypal

But was it changed on paypal? For seller protection you have to send the item to the PAYPAL registered address of the buyer.

Maybe.But I send parcel on address which I see.on PayPal he have same address:-(
