refunding postage to a customer

I sold a item and didn't pay enough postage. I refunded there money but still need to send $1.30. How do I do that?

Send a gift payment using the family / friends option.

Make sure that you don't make a mistake spelling their email address and so their is no fee don't fund it from a card.
