pending payments

 I have been using PayPal for a long time but this is the first my payments being sent to me are now showing as pending when they have always been paid automatically, help please, i was recently asked to confirm my details.

any help would be great

Hi d222

Try this:-

Go to your ebay sold page find the transaction and click "more actions" at the side

Click "sell similar" scroll down and double check your ppal email address is correct without any spelling mistakes on your listings

If its wrong try adding that one to your ppal and see if the money comes thru

Have the payments been sent as echeques?
