ive been sending a refund since the 26 dec. payment showing pending even with funds in my account. cant find option to cancel pending to resend. help please!
A seller can only issue a refund via funds in their paypal balance or an echeque. So if its an echeque it has to clear through from the sellers bank account > paypal > and then it is credited to you and the hold lifted.
If you did not have the full amount to fund the refund in your paypal balance then paypal would have taken it from your bank account.
