I am having problems withebay charity donations since paypal and ebay separated. Donations are not being passed on to the charity within the promised 21days. I cant manually transfer donations, or easily track them, and worst of all I cant speak to anyone at paypal giving as they dont give a contact number and everything has to be done by email. I have complained repeatedly as it isnt fair that money is sitting in my paypal account when the charity needs it (and is Paypal getting interest on it???) Is anyone able to advise me?
