i am trying to become pay pal verified i have a question about the direct debit what does it mean.what will be direct debited fro my account is it seller fees or any purchases i make .
The direct debit you set up allows you to fund your paypal account from your bank account and vice versa when you want to. I doesn't mean that any regular payments will come out of your bank account - you are in control of what goes in and what goes out of both your paypal account and your bank account.
