hi i sold an item via ebay and the person claims it was damaged and wanted a replacment which i dont have , i have asked them for pictures or to send it back for a refund , but they stopped messaging and opened a paypal claim instead of a claim through ebay , they have not added any comments to the claim more have they said why they have opened the claim , just the reason not as described , could any one help with this , it was for a microwave which didnt have any damage and was packed very well as i'm an experienced seller , also used a 24 hour couier ups , but the buyer said yodel delivered it

"Normally" if paypal find in favour of the buyer then the buyer is told to send the item back to you first trackable to prove delivery before you have to refund them.
Advice is voluntary.
