missing transactions on my activity

Long story short i have a buyer from ebay who bought 4 items from me. I offer combined postage but the buyer went ahead and paid for the 4 items seperately. So i wanted to refund the postage on the 3 out of the 4 items (transactions).

But on my activity only 2 of these transactions are showing up. (2 out of 4)

So i went back to ebay to retrace the transactions using "View Paypal Transaction". All 4 go through. I am directed to the paypal site and indeed i have 4 different transaction IDs. They are all ok with the proper email etc.

BUT once again on my activity only 2 of them are showing up. 

Any ideas?

Nope thats weird, have you allowed enough time as it can take a couple of hours to show up?

If not then i think your only option is to contact customer services and ask them.

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
