first time buyer on e-bay wants me to post to different address . new to paypal as well

sold an item on e-bay . buyer has no feedback and didnt have paypal account .

now set up his paypal and paid me

wants me to post to an adress 100 miles away from his so called registered address .

paypal says it is safe to post . does this mean the money has definately transfered and cannot be stopped ?
