Couple of weeks i sold an item on ebay. The item posted to the buyer after receiving confirmation from ebay and PayPal that the buyer has paid and I should post the item by now. I've posted the item and after recreceiving, buyer cancelled the payment through his account. Can somone help to have my payment black and the PayPal should restrict the procedure on echeques till the payment is cleared with the PayPal. All the buyers and sellers are trusting this mode of payment considering it safe but there are lot of people who are committing the fraud on this procedure. I mean after receiving the paymeny they sumply empty their account and the seller suffers as happen in my case

You should never post an item until you have cleared funds in your paypal account balance.
Paypal would show the payment as uncleared and a clearance date for you so you would know when you could post it.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
