eBay transaction

I’ve received an email from eBay stating ‘your recent eBay transaction may be from a compromised account’ ebay won’t let file a complaint so how do i achieve this through paypal? Payment is still pending but wont give me the option to cancel

If its 'pending' in your paypal account does it say 'unclaimed' as well?

Yes, I found that out through going through the complaint about unauthorised transaction

ok if its unclaimed without a cancel option then as long as its not claimed it would 'time out' 30 days post payment.

Keep an eye on it as if it is claimed (unlikely now) you could then open a dispute for non receipt etc.
