A buyer from ebay did not recognize the purchase she made in my ebay shop when it appeared on her bank statement. The bank advised her to claim with paypal for an unauthorized payment, so paypal are withholding my money. The customer has since, realized her error and called to apologize. This has been relayed to paypal but they are still holding the payment. You cannot speak direct to anyone that can resolve this stupid mess and its just hanging over me and causing me unwanted stress. What can I do?
