combined invoice for three but buyer has paid separatly for two - Help

I sent a combined  invoice for three items.  Buyer says it does not include all the items but the copy to my email shows that it does

he has now sent payment for two of the items separately.  

 

Can I ask him to cancel these and pay all together?

 

Is there a way I can send a new invoice as I can't see one
