buyers funds not received

buyer purchased item, 

paid, funds came out of his account, 

nothing in my paypal, 

sent me a screenshot of his bank transactions, ( no personal details shown)

picture shows paypal taking the money but not appeared with me, ( all payment details corrent in listing)

Hi James160987, 

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your payment. Have you checked with your buyer to confirm what email address they sent the payment too? It may be that the email address was spelt incorrect or you have not yet confirmed your email address on your PayPal account. I would advise to check this.  Also, I would ask them to check if the payment is showing as completed on their side. This will help determine if the payment went through successfully or not.
