adding a bank account

Can anyone help me.

I am trying to add my bank account to paypal but every time i try, it just rejects my account as being invalid. I dont have the luxury of several accounts to choose from and my money is building up and nowhere to go. Help please

Are you trying to add a UK bank account to a UK paypal account and if so what type of account is it?

Have you used that bank account on any other paypal accounts even one that is now closed?

What is the exact error message that you are getting?

I have been told it is a uk savings account and i am trying to add the account to uk paypal. The bank has told me that there is no reason why paypal souldn't accept this account as they have other paypal users with the same type of accounts.

I do have 1 other account but as it has been used in the past for another closed account, that too is rejected.

Any ideas??
