Wrong address provided by buyer

Hi, I sold some shoes on eBay and posted to the address on PayPal. The seller has asked me where th item is, Royal Mail have said the postcode is not correct for the address. Where do I stand please?

Once you have proof of delivery to the address provided by PayPal you should be covered under our Seller Protection. You will find more information here https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security.

If Royal Mail has said the postcode does not match the address, there could be a chance the item cannot be delivered. So please check the Royal Mail website https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/.

Please keep the postage receipt as evidence, if the issue comes to a dispute raised on PayPal.
