Hello.
I have sold a pedal bike on eBay via buy it now.
The seller lives locally and wants wants to collect the bike. He has offered to pay cash on collection or PayPal upfront before he gets here.
Will I be protected if he pays by PayPal and he collects the bike?
The reason I ask is that I have heard of sellers getting refunded due to the account being used being fraudulent and also the buyer claiming that the item wasn't received by the buyer.
thanks for any help

Why would you want to accept paypal when a buyer has offered cash on collection
Firstly there is NO seller protection if a buyer collects an item or you deliver personally.
Secondly why accept paypal and pay a fee when you can have instant cash in hand when the buyer collects??
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
