What can i do? And How to Report PayPal for Fraud?!

Hi. Just SImple thinks.

i sold on ebay via Digital Delivery. I Write down in describution it is digital delivery etc, i sold more that 200 item. 1-2 Spanish try to refound, I did Delivery ther Leave me Positive Feedback,So Thats incridible. If You Got Feedback From Seller Still Doin Refound AFTER 2 Month. And PayPal Still Doing and Doing chargeback. So after the feedback dsnt matter? if customer got it the virtual item, now he got back the money as well ? and the question, where can i report the PayPal ?

It clearly states on paypals seller protection that there is NO protection for virtual items.

You can of course sell them but entirely at your own risk.
