Hi, ive tried to call paypal, but you can wait for ages...
My Issue:
Someone called me about macbook that im selling, made a purchase and paid through paypall, then collected the item. Later ive checked my email and found message that the purchase was made from hacked accound, and buyer requested a refund, and paypent is on hold, i dont have any proof that its been sent, as he collected in person at my home. What should i do now to dont lose the money?

You won't be able to as their is no seller protection for items that are collected.
You should accept cash on collection for those types of items and that is why ebay allow you to put cash on collection on your auction for those types of transactions.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Well in your first post you said the payment was on hold so which is it??
Even if it is not on hold if paypal find in his favour then your account will be put into negative and limited.
If the debt is not cleared then they send the debt off to a collection agency.
